Oh I see! They change it to where you can eat different things after the first week... The first week looked so horrible I was hoping you wouldn't have to keep eating like that! This menu looks a little bit easier to handle! :)

Oh actually I can eat whatever I choose as long as I have no more than 15 grams of fat per meal for 3 meals and 5 grams of fat for a snack. Then I'm also allowed 1400 calories, however, it's more important to watch my fat intake because of the medication that I'm on. I'm doing really well though. I really don't feel hungry and I'm still getting to eat the foods that I like. I just sometimes have to eat less than I would have chosen to eat in the past. And thanks too, for the words of encouragement.
